Vivek Sethia

Mr. Vivek, is one of the founding shareholders of Beyontec Group who comes with over 21 years of industry experience. In the past, he has held multiple roles in business development, operations management, sales and marketing management and general management. He is a full-time operating partner responsible for the sales and marketing of insurance solutions globally. Apart from the primary role, he is also involved in the strategy, channel development & management, and shaping of the Beyontec Group’s future across products, processes, customer focus perspectives and overall financial growth of the company.

Prior to starting with Beyontec, Vivek was the “Insurance Practice Head” for the North America region for a leading insurance technology product company based out of New Jersey, USA. He is known for his ability to convert corporate vision into strategic intent and motivate teams to achieve it. He spearheaded the management and growth of the company’s Insurance practice division which witnessedan average of 60% Year-on-Year growth, meeting financial objectives in sales, cash collection and profitability. Furthermore, he has been instrumental in building and energising the sales channels while creating new revenue models and acquiring new clients from a wide range of business offerings. He has also successfully managed an acquisition and created new revenue streams, consequently contributing to the company’s profitability.

Shankar Santhanam

Mr. Shankar, is one of the founding share holders of Beyontec Group with an experience of over 23 years in designing, developing and delivering IT solutions to the Insurance Industry across various geographies. Shankar is responsible for the product development and delivery of insurance solutions across customers of Beyontec globally. Apart from his primary role, he is also involved in the strategy, and shaping of Beyontec Group’s future roadmap -from technology, process and overall financial growth of the company.

Prior to starting with Beyontec, Shankar was the “Insurance Practice Head” for the Asia Pacific region for a leading insurance technology product company based out of Singapore. He was instrumental in the design and development of the flagship insurance product of the company, while staying responsible for business development, product development, project implementation and support across South Asia, Australia / New Zealand and North Asia comprising of Greater China, Japan and Korea. Shankar has served clients including Fortune 500 companies in the areas of Non-Life Insurance, Life Insurance, Health Insurance and Takaful.

K R Mohanakrishnan

Mr. Mohan, is one of the founding shareholders of Beyontec Group with over 28 years of diverse experience in developing and delivering IT solutions to the Insurance Industry across various geographies. Mohan is a full-time operating partner responsible for the operational management of Beyontec Group, taking care of accounts, finance, admin, HR &infrastructure. Apart from the primary role, he is also involved in the strategy, design and in shaping Beyontec Group’s future prospects right from products, processes, and the overall financial growth of the company.

Before Beyontec, Mohan was the “Insurance Practice Head” for the Middle East and apac region for a leading insurance technology product company based out of Dubai, UAE. He was instrumental in the design and development of the flagship insurance product for the company. In his previous tenure, he was responsible for the insurance business of over 10 M USD with over 100+ insurance companies as clients, spanning across 20 countries in the region.

Sabarinathan R

Mr. Sabari is a passionate insurance professional with 20+ years of experience that include international sales, large account management, program management, client relationship management, insurance process consulting, building lasting business relationships, designing winning sales strategies, and driving teams to reach challenging revenue and project goals. Sabari is responsible for driving the sales and client services function in Middle East & apac region.

Before joining Beyontec, Sabari was heading apac region insurance vertical for a leading insurance product company. He was instrumental in driving company’s apac strategy and started their South apac operation. He along with his team have bagged many large account wins in apac for the company and was the key contributor for product roadmap initiatives.

Rebekah Buehler

Rebekah has over 39 years’ of experience in the insurance industry where she started off as a developer and has now been with Beyontec for over 10 years. She comes with extensive experience in software implementation including project management, training, business analysis, and consulting. Customer support has always remained her main focus.

Before joining Beyontec, Rebekah has worked for two non-standard auto insurance companies and consulting firms. With the consulting firms, she worked as a business analyst and project manager on many software implementations and consulting projects. One of the consulting projects was a business flow review for an insurance company that had great results.

Amy Gillespie

Amy, a former commercial lines underwriter with experience in the fidelity, fiduciary, D&O, and surety lines of business, offers 16+ years-experience in property and casualty software implementation, including 6 years with Beyontec. Her experience includes project management, training, business analysis, consulting, and sales. Prior to joining Beyontec, Amy worked for United Healthcare, CGI, and Aetna. She is a Certified Scrum Master with a background in accounting and marketing.

Rajeev Ramapurath

Mr. Rajeev is a versatile self-starter with over 22 years of extensive and diverse international experience in strategic IT management, solution design and delivery, project and program management, and digital transformation with strong insurance vertical exposure. As one of the senior managers, he is positioned as Executive Vice President and heads the onshore delivery management section of Beyontec with primary focus on the Middle East and apac Region.

Prior to starting with Beyontec, Rajeev was associated with leading global Insurers such as AXA Insurance and Norwich Union (Part of Aviva) for 17+ years handling various operational and strategic roles from software specialist to head of solution delivery. He was responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery and implementation of business solutions of their Middle East operations. He has led several digital transformation programs for the company and successfully implemented various strategic solutions covering General Insurance, Medical Insurance (comprehensive solutions with core, portals for service providers and Bancassurance, integrations with partners and regulators) and Life (Term, Credit Life and Savings) Insurance. Apart from delivering many strategic IT solutions, he played a leading role in building IT solutions for greenfield companies in different regions, and managing the enabling of IT solutions for the acquired companies in the Middle East and apac Region.

Sudharshan Kumar

Mr. Sudharshan Kumar, Executive Vice President, comes with over 24 years of experience in delivering IT solutions to the Insurance and other industries across various geographies. Sudharshan is responsible for the delivery of the insurance solutions across customers of Beyontec in the Middle East & apac region. Before he was absorbed into this role, he was managing the US region and successfully took 3 customers live during his tenure. Sudharshan is responsible for providing on-time quality deliveries to customers and device strategies to run the region profitably.

Before joining Beyontec, Sudharshan was the Senior Vice President and Business Head for the most profitable ERP practice with a leading insurance product company based out of Chennai, India and was instrumental in the design and development of their flagship ERP product “ORION”. While managing the P&L of the ERP business line, he was also responsible for product management, product engineering, project implementation (direct and through partners) and support across Asia Pacific, South Asia, Middle East, apac and North America. He has served clients inclusive of Fortune 500 companies in the areas of retail, supply chain, automotive, manufacturing, and real estate verticals. Apart from managing and scaling the business through direct and indirect channels, Sudharshan was also managing some key large accounts for the insurance vertical.

Thillai Rajan

Mr. Thillai has over 25 years of experience, primarily in developing and delivering products to the Insurance industry. He heads the Product Division in Beyontec.

Before joining Beyontec, he was an entrepreneur and a full-time director with KRIOS Technologies, in the Learning & Knowledge space where he delivered product development as a service. Prior to this, he was heading the product development division in the global development centre for a leading insurance product company in Chennai.

Balasubramanian S

Mr. Balasubramanian comes with 24 years of experience in providing IT services to the insurance industry across ME, apac, APAC including China. He has handled product development, implementations, production support and maintenance in various geographies spanning ME, apac, Asia Pacific and the US.

He was the Production Support Head for ME, AFRICA & APAC regions and has played key roles in strategy, support and maintenance across time-zones, onsite and offshore. He has also held pivotal roles in various IT assessments such as ISO, and CMM to define, implement and improvise processes across organizations especially in General, Life (individual & group), and Medical (Individual & Group).
